- There are NO hidden costs contained within our pricing structure.
- Any quotation provided will contain a full breakdown of materials and labour required for the project.
- Any additional work (EXTRAS), added by a customer during a project, will be quoted separately and detailed on any invoice but only after customer acceptance.
- We will always provide a formal quotation (signed and accepted by both parties before we start work.)
- On completion of any works, payment will be required in full. We can accept cash, cheque or bank transfer. Receipts will always be provided.
- On projects of a duration longer than one week we will invoice on a weekly basis.
- Unless a fixed price has been agreed in advance of starting work, our mininum charge is for one hour. Any time worked over this initial first hour will be charged thereafter in 30 minute segments (but only with customer consent). For example:
- A job lasting 45 minutes will be charged at 1 hour.
- A job lasting 1hr 20 minutes will be charged at 1½ hours.
- A job lasting 1hr 40 minutes will be charged at 2 hours.
- Sundays and Bank Holidays will be charged at our Sunday rate.
- Emergency callouts outside of working hours will be charged accordingly.
